All bookings should be confirmed either in writing or by fax or by guaranteed credit card. A £10 non returnable deposit may also be requested. Rooms cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will not incur a charge, unless a deposit has been paid, in which case the deposit will be retained. Rooms cancelled on the day of arrival or in the middle of a stay will be charged at their full valuefor the period booked if not resold. If the room is resold at the same rate no charge will be raised. However, all cancellations should be confirmed in writing or by fax. In the event of no arrival a charge will be raised for the cost of the first night of he booking and any subsequent nights will be automatically released. Non arrival charges will be raised in ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We accept cash, personal cheques (with UK Bankers Card) & all major credit cards. Accounts may only be assigned to a sales ledger account by prior arrangement and providing all Credit Agreement Terms have been met.
